What counts as a 'Sim Run'?
A sim run is one execution of the full simulation pipeline — from Layer 2 through OSPF, BGP, NAT, ACL, and validation. Each time you click 'Run Baseline Test', that counts as one run.
Are all protocols available on Free?
Yes. Every plan gets access to all 25+ protocols including ARP, OSPF, BGP, NAT/PAT, ACL, VLAN, STP, HSRP, GRE, and more. We don't gate protocols behind paywalls — only scale, export, and collaboration features differ.
What are workspaces?
Workspaces organize your labs and team members. Every account gets at least one workspace. Pro plans get up to 3, Team up to 10. All labs must belong to a workspace.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades are applied instantly and pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your labs and configurations are always preserved.
What's included in Network Documentation?
Auto-generated reports covering: device inventory, full IP addressing plan, VLAN configuration matrix, static & OSPF routing summary, ACL rules per interface, NAT mappings, DHCP/DNS service configs, and validation issue tracking.
How does real-time collaboration work?
Team plan members can work on the same lab simultaneously. You see live cursors, presence indicators, and instant topology updates — powered by Supabase Realtime.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription from the billing page at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to Free.
